I like hearing about people's paces when they first started running and how they got faster! I know everyones pace is different but it makes us "slower" runners that want to get faster some hope!
maybe some of the science behind endorphins, i am currently unable to run b/c of a broken foot and i have a hole in my life, serious dark cloud.....i need the endorphins.......how endorphins help depression
