Eight days, 4 pounds, and one slap across the face later, I am here, with a new custom GBA plan created by me. I tried to stay true to the gba qualities that made the last plan so.. well, gba.

it rocks my friend....will be hitting the pool at some point today, after the aquarium. Heck maybe I can jump in and swim a couple laps with the dolphins....heehhehehe.

Oh my goodness, too much reality so early in the morning! Looks like you get to spend quality time with Tony, which is great.
But, back and biceps two days in a row--that is still GBA!
It's good to allow yourself to be disappointed, but it's GREAT to pick yourself up and move on. God for you!

Actually - the back to back biceps is a typo, one of those is supposed to be an "alternate P90X" shoulders/arms workout.
So you're getting a bone scan Tuesday. Good.
